Step 1
Paint your nails with 4 different colors. And do white line on you top of the nails which can be seen in this step-1 pic. To make nail art attractive, always double coats nail paints are preferred.

Add small black dots in a line like your shoes holes for lace in the order which you can see in step-2 pic.

Step 3

Add small black dots in a line like your shoes holes for lace in the order which you can see in step-2 pic.

Step 4

Now join the laces with the holes in an order like you are tightening your shoe laces. As you can see in step-4, this looks like you have tighten your shoes.
